Clean out your pantry

Your kitchen quietly shapes what you eat. When nourishing foods are easy to see and reach, they tend to become the default, no willpower required.

A pantry clean-out isn't about throwing out "bad" food. It's about making room for what serves you:

  • check dates and toss anything stale or expired
  • donate unopened items you know you won't use
  • move whole foods like nuts, beans, oats and whole grains to eye level
  • keep the treats you love on hand, just not front and center

Try this: pick one shelf today, just one, and give it 15 minutes. Notice how it feels to open the door tomorrow.
