What Services We Provide

Medicinal Nutrition LLC provides functional nutrition consulting, education, and wellness coaching.

Services may include:

  • 1:1 consulting sessions
  • Multi-week health and nutrition programs
  • Digital resources and educational materials
  • Functional lab guidance and interpretation from a non-medical coaching lens
  • Personalized lifestyle protocols using the D.R.E.S.S. framework (Diet, Rest, Exercise, Stress, Supplements)

I do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical services.
All services are educational and coaching-based.

Billing, Payment Plans & How Charges Work

Payments may be made upfront or through approved payment plans.

If your program includes multiple payments:

  • Payment plans will be clearly outlined at checkout.
  • The card on file may be billed automatically according to the schedule you select.
  • Services may pause if a payment is late until the account is brought current.

Affirm / AfterPay / Buy Now Pay Later (if used):

  • Refunds follow my refund policy, but the adjustment is processed through your BNPL provider.
  • Any interest that has already accrued on a loan is not refundable through the lender.

Refund Policy

I aim to be fully transparent and fair with all financial decisions.

Programs & Consulting Packages

Refunds may be offered under the following conditions:

  • Refund request is made within 7 days of purchase and
  • No more than one session has been completed.

After this point, programs are considered "in use" and therefore non-refundable.

Sessions already completed are not eligible for refunds.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, PDFs, guides, and materials are non-refundable once delivered.

Functional Labs (Important)

Lab fees are paid directly to third-party laboratories and are non-refundable once ordered, even if you have not yet completed the sample.

This is because labs cannot reverse or cancel an order after the requisition is generated.

Rescheduling & Missed Sessions

I understand life is busy — scheduling policies help ensure fairness for all clients.

  • You may reschedule a session with 24+ hours notice at no charge.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may be forfeited.
  • Unused sessions must be completed within the timeframe outlined in your program (typically 12 or 24 weeks depending on the package).

How to Get Help with a Charge

If you believe you were billed incorrectly or have a concern about a charge:

  • Email support@medicinalnutrition.com first.
  • Provide your name, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue.
  • I will review and correct any errors quickly.

For purchases made through Affirm or another BNPL provider, refunds must still begin with me — I initiate the refund, and your payment provider will adjust your loan on their end.
