New season, new intention
You don't have to wait for January to begin again. Every change of season is a natural moment to check in, because as the days grow longer or shorter, our energy, appetite and routines tend to shift with them.
Ask yourself: what do I want more of this season? Maybe it's earlier nights as autumn settles in, warm soups and slower mornings in winter, or more time outdoors when spring arrives.
Your practice: choose one simple intention for the season and write it where you'll see it daily, like the fridge door. Keep it short and kind: "This fall, I'll walk after dinner."
