Root veggies and sugar cravings

Eating sweet root veggies like beets, yams, sweet potatoes, carrots can help to curb sugar cravings. A simple way to add these onto your plate is to chop into bite-sized pieces, drizzle with olive oil and sea salt and bake for 40 minutes!
