Sprouted grain bread (aka living bread)

Sprouted grain bread usually contains no flour and is generally made from at least four grains and four beans. Depending on what specific bread you choose, it can contain wheat, spelt, rye, barley, millet, lentils, northern beans, kidney beans, and/or pinto beans. Sprouted grain bread is low on the glycemic index and offers a proper balance of amino acids. This type of bread is naturally low in fat, contains no trans fats or cholesterol and is relatively low in sodium.
